Cryokenetics:
Level 1-
Chill Factor: The ability to cool any inanimate object down by touching their flesh upon it.
Body Chill: The ability to cool themselves down to only 32 degrees farenheit, anything lower and they risk muscle damage along with brain damage.
Level 2-
Cold Projection: The ability to project a cold blast much like a cold wind and/or breeze at only 32 degrees farenheit, no lower.
Water Manipulation: The ability to speed up the molecules in water to essentially freeze it, the more water frozen the more energy is drained from the Cryokenetic, i.e. a bucket of water will only make them a touch weaker, a bathtub full of water will make them tired and the attempt to freeze a lake... more or less... death.
Frost Shield: The ability to cover one's self in ice in order to make physical attacks less blunt, however this shield is just as ice and not very thick, meaning a Lycan or Vampire could shatter it in one hit and if the Shield is constantly replaced the Cryokenetic becomes weaker each usage of it. Also the shield can only be as thick and heavy as the Cryokenetic can handle, i.e. if they freeze themselves in a block of ice, or the shield is more than 5 inches thick, a normal human could not power themselves out of that, more than 8 inches thick and -Nothing- can power out of that.
Level 3-
Ice Locker: The ability to turn a room into a freezer, much like a meat locker. The bigger the room the more energy is drained from the Cryokenetic, i.e. a normal room of 10 feet by 10 feet they only become slightly fatigued, studio/loft apartment they become extremely tired and a warehouse means coma to possible death.
Frost Projection: The ability to project frost from their hands, much like a chilling blizzard wind. However, only small shards of frost can be implimented in it and the wind can not go lower than 32 degrees farenheit. This projection must be done moderately for it drains the energy of the Cryokenetic.
Artic Assualt: The ability to create snow from an elevated position, more or less atop a roof. However there must be moisture within the air already, as the Cryokenetic merely freezes the water in the air itself. This power can also be used to create Ice Rain, for if it is raining outside and the actual temperature of the air is below 50 degrees farenheit then the rain will turn into pins of ice without losing their momentum in falling and can damage an opponant only equal to say dropping alot of sewing needles at them from a high distance. The Ice Rain will -not- be able to puncture bone or skull, however it will tear through flesh and muscle.
Hypothermia: The ability to freeze the flesh of a being. This only effects the area touched by the Cryokenetic as yes, it would be a perfect handprint. The longer the Cryokenetic touches the specific area, the deeper the freezing goes, however this is highly draining to the Cryokenetic, i.e. skin freeze would weaken the Cryokenetic, muscle freeze would make the Cryokenetic tired and bone freeze risks making the Cryokenetic comatosed.
