On her 20th birthday, she recieved a note from her boss while she was working that said he wanted a word with her. After her shift she went into his office and he told her he had a business proposition for her. He wanted her to head his underground black market operations, but in order to do this, he needed her to be stronger. His idea was to have her infected with the rare lycanthropy of a tiger, since they have the most grace and power in the feline kingdom, next to the lion. She agreed, since it would give her a leg up in her financial status. They went to the local lab where she was exposed two different ways to the disease. One way was by needle of the isolated disease itself. But to be sure, she was bitten by a weretiger to ensure that she was truly infected. After confirmation that she was indeed a tiger, she joined the local clan that worked for her boss on the underground market. She slowly worked her way up the ranks in power and became the rane. On her 24th birthday her sources finally came across the information she was waiting on, the location of her brother, Ethan. So she passed on her title to her next and packed up her stuff and relocated to Kansas City. There she met up with Charlie, a former khan. The pair hit it off and reside in KC to this day
